Default How can I come back to US given a J-1 visa

I was given an opportunity to live in the US for a year while doing an internship
in a hotel. I was given a J-1 or exchange visitor visa for a year. there was an
annotation though below the visa that I am subject to 212e rule which means that I
need to stay in my home country for 2 years before I can apply for another
visa...Is there any way that this rule be waived? What kind of visa should I apply
to come back? Im interested and working and live there in the US but I know that I
need have a sponsor? Which visa is the easiest form to come back to the US and
would I get a big possibility of getting approved since I've been there before?
Please advice... thanks
