I just had my AOS interview (it was a piece of cake by the way) and I sisn't catch if
she told me my green card would be coming in the mail now, or after my 2 years
conditional status. (K1 visa)

It will be coming now. Although "now" for the INS could mean about six months.
Probably you'll have it sooner.
