Help understanding I-130 Processing Times

Hi -

I am a US Citizen that will be filing the I-130 for my husband soon and was looking at the Vermont processing times and there are two categories under the I-130 - one for Immediate Relative and one for Preference Classes - which category would my husband fall into?
