Help needed moving to america

What are all the ways someone can move to America permanently and ik this is a log shot but can someone claim us citizenship if their great grandparent was American?

Usually Parents but not all Parents, Grandparents is possible under unusual circumstances.

As said above, great-grandparent is no use to you. But if you give people some more info about your circumstances i.e. your job, your education level, etc, then they will be able to see if there is any possible route to a visa for you.

Great-grandparrent is not going to help you get to the US, and the other ways are very limited - Tim has already posted the link that you need to review and then ask questions. Despite it's reputation, the US is one of the most difficult places in which to get a visa to live and work unless you fall into a narrowly defined category.
