Help with fingerprinting notice

It's been a year since I filed my 485 with the CSC, and am still waiting for my
fingerprinting notice. Almost all my colleagues who filed 6 months after I did,
already have their passports stamped!
I sent a written enquiry to the INS, but did not get a response. What should I do?
I'm worried that it may have been lost in the mail, and they discontinued my AOS
process - please advise.

It might be that they sent your files to local office for processing because an
interview is needed. 5% of the cases gets sent to local office randomly for
interview process.
You should have your attorney write an inquiry letter, usually even if the case is
sent to local office, you should get fingerprinted first.
Did you ever get a receipt ? if not, then it might really be lost.
