Help for EB1A - I864
Apology if this Q has been asked Previously!, i tried to dig one but not exactly what i am after.
My EB1A petition was recently approved. I filed application w.o. help of any attorney and now feels like stuck with one form i.e. I-864 (AOS). I am confused with required document list from NVC:
1- Do i need to fill in I-864? i am the main applicant with 3 dependant (All British Citizens).
2- Do i need to provide Police certificate from Original country of birth or UK Police Certificate will be sufficient, I am in UK over 10 years?
