HELP! Business trip on VWP while green card pending! possible?
My husband just found out he may have to go to the U.S. on an urgent last minute business trip. The problem is we're currently waiting for packet 4 from the consulate. Can he safely go without being denied entry. Would a letter from his employer stating this is a business trip be enough??
