My boyfriend is in Sweden I am in the United States and we want to be together. They
told him that 90% of people who apply for a work visa get denied so we decided that
is out of the question and we do want to get married. We are really lost on how to
get him over here. It seems like everything is impossible. I know about the fiance
visas and stuff but... we aren't really sure how to go about everything. Is it
possible for him to come over here on a tourist visa, stay with me and then for me
and him to get married that way? We are so lost and need so much help! Please help us
in some way....anything will help! Lara

Work visas such as H-1B and L-1 are generally no problem as long as there is an offer
of employment and a sponsoring company.

Fiancee Visa and Marriage to US Citizen is certainly the other route. You should find
