Health issues
I am American and my love is Spanish. We want to get married. He is healthy, I
am not. I have chronic hepatitis C. Would that prevent me from living in Spain?

Your fiancé will have to find out for you. Maybe there is something on the net, or try contacting the Spanish Consulate nearest to your home town. Not all countries have a medical to get a visa. The UK does not. Even in the US, I think you can get in with it if you are being treated. Not sure about that but someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
