Hiya does anyone know how long the expediting of filing for HB-1 visas takes? Also does anyone know if we can take a copy of the approval notice to the interviews at the US embassy in London or does have to be the original? I have looked at the embassy's web page and called them and they are giving conflicting advice! One more thing, is there a set amount of time the visa is for or do they vary? ta

They are required to respond within 15 days. The response could be
a request for further information if there were any problems with
the application. A correct application normally gets an approval
notice within about 10 days.

I don't know what it "has" to be but I recommend taking the original.

It will usually be until the expiry of the petition, maximum of
three years.
