Have a few questions regarding I-130
Hi,
I am a naturalized US citizen. My brother in another country is 19
years old. My goal is to get my parents and brother here. Here are my
questions:
1. If I file for my parents and they get approved within a year, does
my brother automatically come? or do my parents have to file for him
once they get their green cards?
2. According to the uscis website, I have to file for my mother and
father separtely. Is that true?
3. If I file for my brother or parents, does this hinder their ability
to get a visitor visa to come and visit while their application is
pending?
Thanks!

No.

As GC holder they can file for him under F2B as long as he stays unmarried.
If he gets married he's SOL!

True. Two different adult people, two petitions.

Yes. Their immigrant intent would be an issue and it's not compatible with a
temporary visitor's visa.
