H4 Visa Question

Hi,
One of my aquaintance got his H1-B visa approved through his company. His wife is in
India. Does anyone know if a new petition needs to be filed with INS for H4 dependent
visa. Thanks a lot.

matters, prefering people to go to Montreal or Toronto! Even US customs and
immigration folks at Ogdensburg complain because they have to answer the phone to
hundreds of queries directed to them from the embassy in Ottawa. Seems that things
like Consular and other matters are below them
