H4 Questions
Hi,
Read a thread some time back about H4 working from home in the US for a foreign based company. Is this allowed?
I am awaiting my work permit for said company and they want me to do some research for them.
Also, once employed does this affect my H4 status?
They are opening offices in the US and eventually I hope to be based in one of these offices, but how long does H4-L visa take?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Re: H4 Questions
The provision of services for remuneration in the U.S. is unauthorized
employment and so is a violation of H-4 status regardless of the fact
that the company which you are working for is located outside the U.S.
