Default H4 to L1 visa transfer

Hi,

I m on H4 visa and My husband is on H1 visa.

Can I transfer H4 visa to L1 visa? If i can so plse tell me the
procedure to transfer h4 to l1 visa.

Plse reply me ASAP.

You cannot be employed on the H4
therefore how can you possibly have a company sponsor you ...
try googling the L-1 visa ..its for intra company transfers ..

I know many of H4(who are teacher's husband) have changed their status
from h4 to H1..........so I think Its possible. Talk to immigration
lawyer.........they will help you!!!!!!!!!!

She was asking about an H-4 to L-1 transfer. One of the requirements of the
L-1 intra-company transferee visa is that you must have worked for the
sponsoring employer's office abroad for at least a year in the preceding
three years. If this lady has been in the US on an H-4 for a while, I don't
see how she could qualify.

Sure, H-4 to H-1 is possible, but it's not got anyhting to do with the
question.
