H4 to H1
My wife has a 3 year bachelor's degree, and about 5 years of
experience (not in IT
) With my GC dates not moving forward I am
thinking of get her trained in QA. So that she may try to get a job as
a junior QA person.
Would it be possible to get her an H1B visa under this condition? Does
she meet the eligibility criteria for the H1B?

Depends on the subject of her degree, but unless it's IT-related it
doesn't sound like she's qualified. Do junior QA jobs usually require
a degree?
