H4 to H1
Hi all,
I am on a H4 visa, planning to apply for H1 in the coming next new
quota for 2006 through an IT consulting company
but just one quick question
how do the IT consulting company justify the income on W2s when the
consultant is on bench ?
Also what would it take to get back to H4 from H1 ?
