h2b or b2 visa
hello, i wished to visit us for a couple of months for family purposes. However i
have applied for b2 visa for the last two years and got rejeced. Before reapplying
this time, i wanted to know whether it might be useful to apply for a h2b ? what are
the acceptance rates there ? any clues that might help ... im located in india ...

You can't apply for an H2B ... An employer applies on your behalf.
What makes you think you are eligible for an H2B ?

You can't apply for an H2B ... An employer applies on your behalf.

INS issued regulations (not yet in effect) that would restrict tourists to one month
in the US in most cases.
In any case, since you applied for a B-2 before, you should start out by taking a
hard look at exactly why it was denied. Then fix that problem (if possible - there
are some types of denial that cannot be fixed) and try again.
