Hi,

My employer is willing to pay for me to take part-time graduate courses that are
relevant to my job. Am I allowed to do this on my H1B visa ?

Yes, no problem. For that matter, you could even go to school full-time as long
as you continue working in your H-1B job. If the graduate classes are relevant to
the job, then it should even be OK to reduce your regular work hours (but not
your salary).
