H1B VISA STAMP question for a business trip to Canada from USA
HI,
I currently have a H1B status starting last year without a stamp. Now I
need to travel to Canada for business for less than a week.
My question is do I need to apply for Canada or USA VISA for this
travel?
and if I want to have the USA VISA (H1B) stamped, so I can travel back
to visit my family with this visa, how can I get it stamped together
with this Canada business travel paper work process?

Contact an immigration lawyer who does "TCN" visa work in Canada. You are playing with fire.

You need a visa to visit Canada for business and you need an
appointment in the US embassy in the city you visit to have H1 visa
stamped on your passport for your return home.

http://www.nvars.com/ (for stamping of the US visa on your passport
while in Canada)

You have H-1b status. I presume you would like to keep it. You don't give anywhere enough in the way of details to make an answer to your case.
I may be a lawyer but I'm not YOUR lawyer. I'm not going to play "20 questions" and then give advice on an NG.
Consult with that lawyer. Its money well spent IMHO. Otherwise, your life, not mine.
