H1B Visa filing through multiple employers
Hi,
I have filed H1B through a consultancy. And my present company is also
willing to file H1B for me. Can i file H1B through more than one
employer at a time. If i do will there be any problem ?. I have given
different version of resume to both of them. pls advice me on this.
Thanks & regards,
Siva.

No problem. You can get as many concurrent H-1Bs as you want, and can
work for any one of them.
Different versions of the resume could of course raise the suspicion of
fraud, if they are fundamentally contradictory.
