H1B Visa filing through multiple employers
Hi,
I have filed H1B through a consultancy. And my present company is also
willing to file H1B for me. Can i file H1B through more than one
employer at a time. If i do will there be any problem ?. I have given
different version of resume to both of them.
I thought which visa comes first will take up. pls advice me on this.
