H1b transfer and GC
Is there any problem or complications from applying for a H1b transfer and
starting the green card process at the same time?
Is now a good time to apply for a green card? I've heard somewhere that they
are going to change the GC laws this year and a faster process will take
place, although it's going to be harder to get it.
Keep in mind that I've used 2 1/2 years of my 6 years H1b time.
