Default H1B Transfer

I'm currently on a H1 B but looking to transfer to another company. What is
the transfer process what are the fees and what type of jobs can I look for?
Should my current sponsor have a updated on my visa process -and how can I
find this out without my sponsor finding out?

Prospective new employer files for an H-1B in the usual way, except
for ticking a different box on the form.

same as for any other H-1B application

Any for which an H-1B is available and for which you are qualified.

I don't understand what this means.

Which box does the employer need to tick on the petition?

I've no idea off-hand. He just answers the questions on the form.

In Part 2, Question 2, you would check "Change in previously approved
employment" instead of "New employment".

What box under "Request of Action" on Forom I-129 do I tick for a transfer H1B1 petition?

My best guess is the last one which states:

Extend or amend the stay of the person since they now hold this status.

Is this right???
