H1B Re-stamping after H1B Transfer
I had a H1B Visa from Company A.
Recently I transferred my H1B to Company B. I have already received
the approved I-797 for Company B.
I need to travel back to India (home country) immediately. Do I need
to re-stamp my H1B Visa for Company B for re-entering the US? Or can I
re-enter the US with my existing Visa (for Company A) and provide
proofs for my H1B with Company B i.e. approved I-797, pay stubs,
letter from employer etc?
Please advise asap.

If your visa is still valid (it has not expired, and you have not
overstayed an I-94 date), then you can use it to re-enter. You need
to show the I-797 approval notice for your current employer, and
other proof of employment might be useful.
