Folks:

I have an H1B visa and work in the Information Technology field. I will soon finish
three separate Real Estate courses and would like to do some Real Estate Investment
on a part-time basis; but only if this is legal.

I was just wondering if H1B holders are allowed to setup their own Limited Liability
Company (LLC). Do I have to get some sort of permission from the INS?

You are allowed to set it up, but you can not work for it in any form or shape unless
you have authorization to do so.

You would have to get another H1.
