H1B & I129F ???
I already have sent an I129F for my fiance (NOA1 Feb 12). Of course we all
know it will be 1 or 2 years before I see her again (sniffle).
BUT, I might be able to get a local hospital to sponsor her on a H1B Visa
(they have not said yes, but they also have not said no...just asked for
more info from her). It seems they are short nurses anyways. And my state
site had some limited info about getting certification for foreigners. So,
if I they will sponsor her, I can expedite it and can have her here very
soon indeed.
My question is...will the BCIS (NSC) deny it because there is an I129F out
there for her? Or will that not matter?

Re: H1B & I129F ???
In general this is fine for an H-1B because it is dual-intent. She must be
honest on the visa application that she has a fiance in the US but this
shouldn't hurt the visa application.
