I am in U.S now. I filed H4 petition together with my spouse's H1-B petition. The processing time on the receipt for H1b and H4 is different. (Longer time for H4). My question is will H1B and H4 be processed at the same time, or the H4 will be processed later after H1b be approved?

Ignore both processing times; they seem to come from a random number
generator. Whether they will be approved together or separately, I can't
tell you - although I think usually they tend to get approved together.
You never know, sometimes files do get separated.
