Default H1B Credit Card Debt

Hello All
I have to go back to my home country India for family/personal
reasons. I have already resigned from the job and waiting for my
ticket to come.
I have lot of (25K) debt in credit cards. I was laid off two times
during last 2 years plus I took some loan from CC to finish my School.
I wont be able to pay that in any condition.
I may come back to US in 12 months time, either on B1 or H1B. What
should I do in this situation? I dont want to have warrent on my Name
as soon as I land again in US

Please advice.

Thanks

You'd better call a credit counselling agency.

Pay off your cards or work out a payment plan.

If you rack up debt and skip he country you are stealing!

And make him deportable on the basis that he doesn't have the funds to
support himself while in the USA, and a potential public charge.

One way is to have a friend or family pay minimum every month. Or talk to a
immigration lawyer to see declaring bankruptcy is the way out.
