Default H1 TRANSFER while on L1

Hello H1 Gurus,

Just to mention the back ground of my visa status.

I am currently working on an L1 (Intra company Transfer Visa) at
company A & therby have L1B pay stubs & maintaining L1B status.

A local consulting company B here in US has sponsored my H1B and I have
its approval with a new I-94 from INS.

But I have still not started working for compnay B on H1B & therby
donot have any H1B pay stubs.

Now a compnay C is getting a project for me & is willling to transfer
my H1B

My question here is

1) Will it be fine if company C goes ahead & files for my H1B
transfer ?
2) To show I am in status I have my L1B pay stubs but do I need H1B pay
stubs in this case?

Please let me know

Actually, you aren't. Your L-1B status ended when your H-1B was
approved. You are currently working illegally, and should consult an
attorney for assistance.

You were required to quit the job with A, and start working for B, upon
approval.

If it has not been a long time, you might be able to straighten this out
and claim that it was just a technical violation, or something like that.
