Hi there! I did post this question earlier but did not get any response. I thought may be
rephrasing would help.

My husband is on an H1 sponsored by a company of which he is a part owner. This would be
expiring some time in 2003. Is there ANY legal way he can start processing a green card.
He, obviously, cannot change employment right now. If changing visa status after the six
year term is the only solution to continue stay in the US-what are the available options ?
Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated
