H1 Status change
Hi all,
I'm currently in US under student visa. Now I got my H1b approved & will be visiting my country next month. I'm planing to get my H1b stamped while I'm there. Currently I'm doing my CPT (& part time studies - completing studies in April next year); will there be a problem when changing the status since I haven't completed my studies?

Part-time study is allowed on H-1B.
