H1 Stamping
Hi,
I am an Indian citizen and came to work here in September 2002 with an
H1B visa which is valid till May 2005. I have changed my job in
January and got my new H1B Approval.
If I go to India or Canada do I have to get my passport stamped on the
basis of my new H1B approval to re-enter USA?
or,
Can I re-enter on the basis of my previous H1B stamping and the new
H1B Apporval without getting the passport stamped once again?
Thanks in anticipation.
B.G.
