I will be travelling to india next month. I thought i will get my multiple done
in india, but i heard that a lot of people are having problems getting multiple
entry visa to the US(H-1). Did any of you get this done recently in India? Please
let me know.

I assume you already have an H-1B and simply need to renew your stamp, right? If that
is so, then you should not face any problems (as long as you have the original
approval notice and maybe a letter from your employer). The problems that you might
have heard about are only w.r.t new H-1Bs and that too in the Madras consulate. Since
early last year, the Madras consulate came across several cases where the candidate's
educational certificates seemed spurious or the company that sponsored the H-1B did
not seem genuine. Thus, the consulate had to place several cases under investigation
and outright reject several others. But, as far as I know, this was only in the
Madras consulate, and not any other.
