H1 to F1
I think I understand what I need to do to go from H1 to F1 without leaving
the US. The only question I have left is, from the time I mail the I539, how
long can I continue to work under my H1. I just want to know so that I can
give my employer a notice of how long I will be working.
The other question is, once I quit working under my H1, can I start working
on campus as a GTA or anything like that?
