Stay as far from H1-B and EB3 category as you possibly can.

7 years in, PD of Jan '07. The months seem to tick by so slowly.

Wife has come back from insanity. Now she says she'll never work again.....

Feel free to ignore the whole "dual intent" thing... it has no bearing whatsoever on whether or not the company sponsors you for a GC, nor the timeline in which they can start the process.
