I am researching about the H1-B visa filing for the year 2006 Quota. If
someone can help me with the following questions that will be superb.
1 - If I apply for it on or befor April 1st by when will i get the
results?
2 - What are the documents needed in filing the H1-B visa?
3 - After I receive the confirmation, still do i have to wait until Oct
1st to resume work?
4 - How much is the visa issuance fees and applcation fees? is it
refundable?

If someonecan help me with my quetions that will be great. Please post
your comments ASAP. It will be a resource to other international
students who will be filing for H1-B visa this year.

Depends on the job, if your stuck on the quota, can't apply till April, and a visa won't be issued till Oct...as for fee's and forms, that is up to the employer, but it'll cost a few grand all told....and a refund, that's funny

But then if the job is related to a uni company/position, then the quota might not apply.
