H1-B visa
Hi,
I changed the job half a year ago. I still have my old H1-B visa valid
(until Sep. 2003).
Do I have to apply for a new visa in my home country (I have a new H1-B
approval notice and new I-94)?
Thank you for information!
Regards
Marcin

Forgot to add that I'm going for a vacation to my home country (Poland)...

No. The old visa remains valid after a change of employer. The original
employer is listed on the visa only for information purposes. When you
return to the US, just state that you work for a new employer, and have
the new approval notice handy.
