I am going to my home country to stamp H1 B visa. I would llike to know the format of recommendation letter. What should include in it? What other documents is needed ? Please help me.

What do you mean by "recommendation letter?" The letter the employer
should write should specify that you are employed there, the rate of pay,
when you are expected to start employment (or when you started), for how
long the employment is expected to last, and what your job title and
duties will be.
