H1-B query
Dear all,
A friend of mine has to renew her H1-B visa. Although she can renew her visa by
sending it through post, is it a good idea to get your visa through the US consulate
in Canada. My friend is a Indian national and I have heard through the grape vine
that the visa could be denied since she has no links to Canada and the officer might
ask her to go to her home country to get her H1-B renewed.
Any help or info in this regard shall be sincerely appreciated.....
