Default H1 B and out of country for year: URGENT PLEASE

Hi

I am on H1 B but for some reason I got to stay and work abroad for same company. they gonna pay me though in US (transer to my account) I would like to know, if it is possible to do that?

What will be the impact on my green card processing?? I will fie the tax too.

And what will be my H1 B status??

Thanks

None.

None. If you are not in the USA, you don't have USA immigration status.

If you have a current H1B visa and the job that sponsored the visa, yes,
else no.

I do have visa stamp from employer A recently I transfer my visa to employer B. I have my approval notice and letter from my current employer. Do I need to show INS officer approval notice and letter or just my visa?

Thanks a lot
