H1-B and my plan
Hello
I am quite scared about my case
I am a Pakistani national and have been in the UK for 3 years
I have a Bachelors in Computing from Oxford Uni
And I am at the end of my Msc in Business
My H1-B Application has been approved
But the problem is that I am going back home(PK) to conduct interview for my final dissertation
I have a valid B1/B2 expiring in Jun-2006
I will be returning to England on the 1st OCT-04
I have scheduled and appointment for the 5th OCT-04
bought a 1 way ticket to US for the 15th OCT-04
My British visa expires 31st OCT-04
what are the chances of the embassy sending my application for additional background screening ?
Will they consider my British visa will expire on the 31st-OCT-04
What are the chances of me getting through my plans outlined above.
