H1-B extension
I have a H1-B application in process to extend my current one (expires in
December), but the government says this is taking between 150-180 days. My
current H1-B will have expired by then. Am I automatically allowed to stay
here and work until I get decision on the extension?
Thanks,
Bob.

Re: H1-B extension
No problem. Your H-1B is considered automatically extended by 240 days, or
until CIS makes a decision about your application, whichever happens
first.
