Default h1 advice and help required ( Ingo anyone)

I would really appreciate if any experienced person can help me in
this regard.

Company A filed for my H-1 in early 2002. After all INS processing and
administrative checks I finally got my passport in mid 2003. By that
time the company had withdrawn the job offer but i got the visa
stamped.

My visa expiry is 1st Feb 2005. Now I have a job offer from Company B
and they are filing for H1 petition and asking to travel on my
previous stamped visa.

1.Is that legal, if the h1 gets approved and they fax me the documents
and i carry them with me to the US with my previous stamped visa?

2. Assuming that it is legal, can i travel in and out of US before Feb
1 2005 in the same old stamped visa?

3. I am planning to get married in november ? what will be the
duration of the H4 visa on my wife's passport ( the duration of new
h1b or the one on my passport?)

4. What do i need to do in feb or before feb in order to get my visa ?
Or do i even need to get it stamped? Can i have it stamped in US
itself being a pakistani citizen? and also gone through the
administrative checks in the last stamping.

Will my wife also need to get the visa stamped along with me ?

If INS does not stamp my visa in US itself and ask me to get it
stamped from pakistan, do i need to go back to pakistan right then and
there ?

Looking forward to a reply.
