H-1B holder re-entry US from Canada
Hello, I got a question for H1-B holder re-entry US after a less-than-30
days trip in Canada. Can I re-entry US by using valid I-94 (I797, H1-B
status) and an EXPIRED J-1 visa stamp from Canada? If anybody who has
similar situation (valid H1-B status; EXPRIED different kind of visa stamp)
recently would share experience with me, I'll really appreciate it......
