Hi all

I would just like to make sure. Is it true that the minimum requirements to be
eligible for an H-1B visa include a minimum of a degree or 12 years of experience?

Or some combination thereof. E.g., an BA in an unrelated field plus 3 years of
relevant employment experience with progressively more responsible duties could be
equivalent to a US BA with a minor in the second field; plus 6 years could be a
second major, etc.
