H-1B Cap Not Met as of April 27, 2009
As long as you applied between April 1 and April 27, your appliction should have been accepted for processing. Also, I've just heard Premium Processing cases were considered received on April 7, 2009.
Finally, please note that all U.S. Masters cases will now be placed in the general pool of 20,000.
I have not included information re the H1B1s as that is a separate matter that confuse the issue.
