Hi,
I have filed a h-1 relidation on Aug 25. By the time, the dept of
state website http://travel.state.gov/hlop.html didnt specify we have
to submitted our US home telephone number for form DS-156. (when I
applied my first H-1 in canada, I used the foreign home telephone
number and it wasn't a problem) what I did was I put my foreign home
address and telephone number instead of US home telephone number.
After I recheck the state's website, apparently, this red and bold
requirement was post maybe two weeks ago.
does anyone who filled out the DS-156 form with their foreign home
phone number and still got H-1 revalidation recently,
since this requirement was posted maybe a two weeks ago, does that
apply to all applicants who filed in August or only for those who
applied recently?
What happend if my application was turn back because of that issue?
what is the resubmitted process and the most important is how long is
going to takes?
I have a trip which have to leave on Jan 12, 2004, can I make it?
please let me know, if you have any clue, opinios are welcome, I would
really appreciate.
