Greencard success in Chicago
My husband received his ten year greencard today in Chicago. For all
of those who are still waiting, I thought I would go ahead and post
our timeline.
We would also like to thank all the people on this newsgroup who have
responded to all of our questions since we started this whole process
(with an I29F petition) in September 2000.
Good luck to everyone who is still waiting...

Congrats!
Thanks for the timelines.
It seems to me that K1's do get processed a bit earlier than AOS
while both people are present in the country, maybe that's an
advantage that people should use more often ?

Re: Greencard success in Chicago
Congratulations! And greatly appreciate your timeline.
Trunk, guess you are still waiting for your aos. Me too here,
I guess you saw the Chicago processing time posted on the USCIS website. Sad to see they are still doing June, 2001 cases. Wonder whether they are right. Recently from other forum, I saw a case went through:
RD: End of November, 2001
2FP: End of August, 2003
Interview: Beginning fo Jan., 2004.
