Is Greencard possible if I have I140 from previous employer (1998)
Hello,
I have Labour Certification and I140 approved from previous
employer and this is in year 1998. Nothing was filed for I485 as my
priority date was not current at that time. Meanwhile I was laid off in
1999 and nothing was done after that.
Is there anything I can use from previous Labour Certification and
I140 approval.?Do I need H1 to work and apply for GreenCard.?
Thanks
Krish

You don't give anywhere enough facts to answer you question.
Based upon what you say, it would appear that your former employer can may be able to renew her job offer. But again, you don't give enough facts.
If needed, you would also have "245(i)" elibility off that old I-140.
There is enough here that you should seek legal advice.
