Hi, My wife finally joined me after a one year wait for I-130 approval, NVC process
and Consulate process. We are in Phoenix. It's been almost 2 month since she came to
US. She already has her passport stamped at Phx airport and she got her GC number on
her password. Her temporary GC hasn't arrived yet. Is this normal? Should I give it
more time?

Thanks

The stamp is good for one year for a reason.. Generally, it should take up to 6
months to get a card.

I was told it would take 6 months to a year. Don't worry yet.
